Universal shredders for hard and soft plastics, wood, paper, rubber, textiles, minerals, aluminum products, foils, tapes, mats, etc. Their design allows single-phase fragmentation of large materials into small particles and thus avoid the two and even three-phase shredding, which was characteristic for the traditional shredders. Rotating drum in the cross-section is a polygon, on which in varying quantities and sizes are arranged knives with very high durability and very low tolerance (0.01 mm). These high cutting system parameters eliminates the bane of all existing shredders - excessive heating of the cutting material - and this enables the shredding of difficult materials such as thin viscose fabric, stretch films, plastic thread, sticky tapes, etc. All shredders are driven by hydraulic motors and have the hydraulic clamps which raises performance, allows smooth adjustment of drum rotation, increase shredder durability and reduces the work volume.
